It was hotter than hot here again today. So a little positive imagery certainly can't hurt.

    I wish I could send you some of our "icey" degrees from Ireland!!!! It is summer, yes, but: I am wearing a long sleeved t-shirt, a cadigan, a vest and still don't really feel warm, my feet are deep-frozen sob,sob,sob...
